This project involved the complete redesign of the website for COCA – the Center of Creative Arts, one of the largest community arts centers in the U.S. The goal was to measurably enhance the user experience and create a sustainable digital platform that aligns with COCA’s evolving content needs.
My contributions included Project Discovery, Information Architecture, and User Experience Design.
Key steps included:
Brand Analysis: Ensuring visual consistency across digital and physical touchpoints
Website Audit: Assessing strengths and areas for improvement
Findings & Recommendations Report: Identifying useful features to create an exceptional user experience
The redesign aimed to attract new audiences, support arts class participants, and assist internal staff. Through stakeholder interviews and workshops, insights were gathered to address outdated content organization. Our collaboration enabled the design of a flexible, intuitive information architecture. The result is a sustainable WordPress solution that advances COCA’s mission and digital presence.
